In Self-Hypnotherapy Level 1, you'll learn how the mind works and how to guide yourself into a relaxed and focused hypnotic state for self-improvement and personal growth.

Through self-hypnosis, you’ll learn techniques to reduce stress, shift subconscious patterns, and create healthier habits in your life. The focus of Level 1 is relaxation, self-awareness, and manifestation.

This class teaches the foundation of all the other levels of hypnosis class. More details will be sent after registration.
