The Monthly Soul Alignment Workshop is a 7-session series for those on a healing and spiritual path who are looking to refine their healing and deepen soul integration. The workshop integrates Reiki, hypnotherapy, and soul-guided practices to guide you to deep healing and transformation.
Each month offers a unique theme that flows naturally through the three pillars as the series unfolds — Heal → Awaken → Manifest.

Reconnect with the sacred balance of your divine feminine and masculine energies by accessing, awakening, and healing both your receptive Being energy and your empowered Doing energy.
In this immersive 90-minute workshop, you will be guided through a transformational healing journey to explore the deeper relationship between these two essential forces within you.
Your divine feminine energy is your intuitive, receptive, nurturing, creative, and embodied essence—the part of you that knows how to soften, trust, receive, and simply Be. When wounded or suppressed, this energy can manifest as self-doubt, overgiving, emotional disconnection, fear of receiving, or difficulty trusting yourself.
Your divine masculine energy is your action-oriented, protective, focused, grounded, and purposeful essence—the part of you that helps you create structure, take aligned action, establish boundaries, and move forward with clarity. When imbalanced, this energy can show up as burnout, overcontrol, disconnection from emotions, lack of direction, or difficulty taking empowered action.
Many people experience internal imbalance due to past wounds, societal conditioning, relationship patterns, or survival mechanisms that may have disconnected them from one or both of these sacred energies.
This workshop offers a compassionate space to heal these distortions, reconnect with your authentic feminine and masculine aspects, and restore harmony between surrender and action, softness and strength, intuition and leadership.
The workshop includes:
- Guided healing and spiritual exercises to access, awaken, and balance divine feminine Being energy and divine masculine Doing energy
- Group hypnotherapy to release subconscious blocks around receptivity, empowerment, boundaries, purpose, and self-worth
- Reiki healing to clear stagnant energy and restore inner energetic flow
- Grounding meditation to support embodiment, integration, and nervous system regulation
- A safe and nurturing space for healing, empowerment, and transformational self-discovery

All sessions include Reiki energy work, group hypnotherapy, and soul-guided practices, offered live on Zoom with recordings available. All workshops are 90 minutes and start at 2 pm Pacific Time.

About Akiko
Akiko Hoshihara is a healer and spiritual guide based in Santa Monica. Since 2013, she has supported clients in releasing past wounds, shifting subconscious patterns, and awakening their inner power.
